My DSL modem is on its last legs. I’ve ordered a new one that’s supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Just wanted to let you know that posting and comment publishing may not happen in a timely manner. I can sometimes get on for a few minutes at a time, but it’s totally random.

I’m going to try to put up a post here in a minute, but I’m not counting on it.

June 10, 2010 By Dana White 15 Comments

15shares 13 0 2 I had my garage sale. Just this week, I unloaded on, oops . . . I mean, blessed a friend with the last box of leftover clothes that had been sitting in the back of my Suburban for almost a week. And then, while folding clothes, I came across a cute […]

Details, Details

June 9, 2010 By Dana White 3 Comments

1share 1 0 0Summer: Day 3 We’re thoroughly enjoying our summer days. We’ve managed to keep the kitchen in pretty decent shape. Again this morning, the boys swept it and wiped down the table and counters. But still, if someone who didn’t know how bad things can be around here had walked in this morning, […]

June 8, 2010 By Dana White 5 Comments

0shares 0 0 0Today is the first Tuesday of the summer. Tuesday is the day I clean bathrooms. So . . . today was the day I taught my kids to clean the bathrooms. Overall, it went quite well. I was prepared. I had their supply baskets ready to go, complete with home-made kid-friendly cleaning […]

Daily Checklist – It’s Not Just For Me Anymore

June 8, 2010 By Dana White 1 Comment

0shares 0 0 0First, I wanted to let you know that Blogger was down for a while Sunday and Monday, and I think I lost a comment that showed up at one point, but then never published. So, I’m assuming that there were probably 50+ comments that I never even knew about, right? Seriously, though, […]

My Ultra Cheap Dinner

June 7, 2010 By Dana White 2 Comments

2shares 2 0 0It’s summer, and although I’m overly proud that we swept the kitchen and did the laundry, other things didn’t happen. Things like freezer cooking and menu planning. But sometimes a girl just has an urge to link to something . . . so I’m linking up to the 5 dollar Dinner Challenge […]

Summer: Day 1 – No Big Productions

June 7, 2010 By Dana White 5 Comments

1share 0 0 1Today was the first official day of summer. Waking up . . . or not . . . on a Monday morning . . . it really didn’t matter. Last summer, pre-blog, in the middle of total frustration about my home, I had big plans. I made charts and found stickers, and […]

June 6, 2010 By Dana White 1 Comment

1share 0 0 1It’s the beginning of the month, and so it’s time for another freezer cooking session. Not that I want to. With summer officially beginning on Monday, I don’t really have the time or the gumption to do a cooking marathon, but I do want to make a few things to help summer […]
