New here?
Let’s get started!
First of all, welcome!
I’m not going to make any assumptions, but there’s a chance that if you are looking at this page, you struggle with keeping your home clean/clutter-free/organized/whatever-you-want-to-call-it.
A small chance.
How to Get Help
I want you to know that you are not alone. I have been amazed to learn that many, many people struggle with the same issues that I do.
If you are feeling hopeless, and your desire for a clean home seems like an impossible dream, my recommendation would be for you to read my blog backwards.
Yes . . . backwards.
My reason for recommending this is so you can see the process I’ve gone through. Some successes, many failures. I’ve been asked what helped me take that first big step. My answer was that I didn’t take a first big step, just lots and lots of tiny ones . . . . over and over again.
There are two ways you can read the blog backwards:
1: Read my blog
Read my very first post ever. When you’re done, scroll down the page until you see “Newer Post.” Click on that and read the next day’s post. Read. Scroll. Repeat. (This way is free.)
2: Read my book
Read it in e-book form. The first three years of the blog are available in e-book form, and you can purchase them separately or together. (This way isn’t free.)
Please feel free to email me or leave a comment on any post – I love hearing from readers!
Remember that if you’re looking for instructions on how to change your home, you need my book: How to Manage Your Home Without Losing Your Mind. It’s the guide, based on what I’ve learned through my own deslobification process, written to help you understand yourself and implement real changes in your home. And it’s funny.
If you’re desperate to declutter, you need Decluttering at the Speed of Life. It’s funny, too.
