No time to write today. I’m working hard on our church’s Easter morning service which involves drama this year.
But . . . I did want to be sure I mention that today is technically the last day of the 3$ e-book sale using the code SPRING.
NOTE: “28 Days” is now in retirement, but it is now included in my books, How to Manage Your Home without Losing Your Mind and Decluttering at The Speed of Life.
Technically, because I’m pretty sure I actually set the code to be good through tomorrow, Thursday.
Why “Traction” for a post title?
I heard Dave Ramsey use that word today in regard to finances. It’s just so easy to flit around, doing good things.
Cleaning.
But people like me know that just spending a day (or five days) “cleaning” doesn’t produce lasting change for a house in disaster. It’s the day-to-day stuff that brings a home out of disaster. That gives hope.
That results in traction.
And that’s what the e-book is about.

Nony,
Thanks for the slack you cut us procrastinators. (after all we are your target demographic) I decided to buy the book after the last time you put it on sale, and then went back to thinking “I’ve read the whole blog, I can use the downloadable checklists, why buy the book?” (Did I mention I am extremely, uh frugal?)
I kept noticing lately when I’d read the blog and think about how different we are (you’ve got so much more energy than I do) and I’d talk myself out of this being helpful. Then I read a comment or two here about organizing a hidden drawer instead of doing maintenance, and go “Yep, did that, still doing that”
So thanks for doing the book.

Love your blog! Wanted my entire readership of two to know it! lol
No seriously, thank you. You made moving in with my partner’s aging parents so much more bearable.
