Dear Dana, I wasn’t quite sure where to put this, so I’m putting it here, hoping you will see it. I discovered your book yesterday. Not sure exactly how. I think maybe an Amazon recommendation as I was doing something else. Anyway, though in my almost 67 years I’ve read tons of books about housekeeping and organizing, the title and the $1.99 price tag were appealing, and I bought. I’m so glad I did! Read the whole book in a day, although now I’m going back one chapter at a time through the 28-day challenge. First of all, I love your humor. I realize that’s something that helps me a lot in reading about this difficult-for-me topic. Then, I so appreciated hearing about the “rules” that are either new to me or ones I simply refused to acknowledge were true. And lastly, I needed to hear (maybe again) that methods and systems don’t wash my dishes (or clean the other parts of my house) – I do. I can not like it. Think it’s not fair, whatever. But it is what it is. Your encouragement that I (even, I’ve discovered, in my 60’s) can new learn new things and learn how to do new things was also important. Also that even the littlest things can build momentum in me. I realize, too, that these concepts apply to things in my life other than housekeeping. I can’t even tell you how hope has been renewed in me. You are, in fact, literally an answer to prayer. Thank you, Dana, for being so transparent about your own journey. I am doing my own anonymous and unpublished blog to help me through my journey. I look forward to the many resources on your site and your new book. Many, many thanks to you!

This podcast reminds me of The Nester talking about ‘lovely limitations ‘ – so so applicable to many aspects of life!
