Last week was quite productive.
It’s amazing how much you can get done in a week when you have a sick-enough-to-be-stuck-at-home-but-not-the-kind-of-sick-that-makes-messes kid.
While working on the laundry organization project, I pulled out my small vacuum that has the hoses and such so I could suck up the dust behind the dryer. I started to get into it, and began sucking up dust everywhere I could find it.
It isn’t like I’ve never done this before, but for some reason I was just loving the huge, visible, instantaneous difference that it made.
Like this:
Turned to this, within seconds!
I went into the living room, searching for hard-to-dust areas, just for the fun of it!
And that was when it hit me. You could market one of these specifically for sucking up dust.
Call it something like . . . .
. . . . ummmm, a Dust-Sucker!
Or . . .
A Dustbuster!
Oh.
Yeah.
So much for my million dollar idea.

love it . I have a new vacuum too and now I get down on my hand and knees and vacuum the livingroom and the rec room makes a huge difference.

Too funny! Oh well, maybe the next idea will be a million dollar one!

My daughter came to visit recently, I have a fold out couch. Well I cleaned thoroughly, so I thought. I didn’t move the furniture, but did a real good job around it. We had a lovely visit & when she was leaving we closed the couch & with that swoosh of a movement when the couch closes it caused a rush of air to empty all the cat hair & dust that has been accumulating under there right on my daughters feet. Glad it was only her, because we did laugh at it.

I have never had a dust-buster that picked up cat hair and dust bunnies for more than a few weeks, even though I was diligent about emptying the cup and charging it… I use the shop vac for most difficult stuff. And wear ear plugs!
