We were at the lake last week, so our menu was based around whatever was in the pantry and the freezer when we got there. Fun for me, because I get to be creative, not so fun for hubby because he worries on the way up that there won’t be enough.
This week, it’s back to planning.
Monday – Creamy Spinach and Chicken Enchiladas (These were on the menu the week before last, but I forgot to get a key ingredient at the store. Who me?)
Tuesday – Spaghetti
Wednesday – Meatballs in mushroom sauce over rice
Thursday – Chicken fried rice
Friday – Out to eat.
Saturday – Homemade pizzas
Sunday – Whatever someone else brings to our home group.
Now I’m going to hop on over to that enchilada recipe to find out what the forgotten ingredient was, so I don’t forget it again this week.
Not that I would ever do something like that.
