I don’t think anyone pays this much attention, but if you did, you’d have noticed that I generally don’t do much on my daily checklist on Wednesdays. It’s the day I go to Bible Study and do grocery shopping and typically get home just in time to unload the van and pick up the boys. I generally feel justified to do a task or two and throw my hands in the air in regard to the others.
But today, I’m out of money. I “learned” so much with the pantry challenge last month, but evidently haven’t applied even an ounce of that learning. I’ve been happily restocking the shelves and splurging this month and am now a little over a week away from payday with less than 20$ in the grocery budget.
Soooo, not much grocery shopping to do today. I got home in plenty of time to do my daily tasks, but still had the thought that since it was Wednesday, I probably couldn’t do them all. Really????
But I did (almost all). Basically because I have to write this post.
Today I:
Made bed.
Cleaned kitchen.
Swept kitchen.
Did 5 minute pickup.
Put a load of laundry into the dryer.
Hung up/put into dirty clothes items from master bdrm.
Last night I:
Put out clothes for boys.
Made lunches.
Checked laundry.
Cleaned up kitchen.
