What a great podcast. As someone who struggles with Analysis Paralysis this is genius!
P.S. The thing I struggle with the most is actually doing the 5 step method correctly. I have to fight the urge to skip the first step of looking for trash and go straight to the putting it away and I leave a bigger mess so I don’t even want to start. I’ve just moved to a new house and am already feeling overwhelmed with unpacking. I’m going to use today’s podcast and just experiment with unpacking using the 5 step method because yes, in some boxes there is actual trash and Duh Clutter 🙄, as in, “why did I even pack this?” I first listed my home in June 2024 and some of those boxes have things in them that I haven’t used in almost a year and a half! Time to get ruthless.
