I have circled back to the visibility rule. I found that despite weeks of efforts cleaning up the bedroom, I still could not open my front door all the way because of ….stuff. It only took me 20 minutes to rehome or throw out the ….stuff behind the front door but it made a huge psychic difference. When I went out this morning to shovel the ease with which my front door opened All The Way was very rewarding.

The one thing that consistently works for me is picking up something to put away every time I get up and go to another room.
