Sometimes It Helps If You Sit Down For a Moment . . .

Sometimes it helps to just sit down for a moment.

Because then you have a new perspective . . .

and you see things like this:

No, I’m not talking about the out-of-place-since-their-weddings-to-Polly-Pocket wisemen.

Or the socks on the table.

Or the trash on the floor.

This:

No, not the stacked-on-top DVDs or the candle that I absent-mindedly put there . . . last week.

This:

Yes, you got it.

The dirty sock which was obviously flung with great flair from someone’s size 2 foot.

Of course . . . once you see it, you have to get up.

To go get your camera.

I always find them UNDER the couch, on the end tables next to the couch or under the dog's bed. WTH???? Men/boys and their socks!

Ok, so I know that it’s 2016, but I am throughly enjoying reading your archives. I really enjoyed reading how the wise men are marrying Polly pocket because until this year we had barbies and Disney princesses visiting our baby Jesus! Thank you for the little chuckle!
