Sometimes Clutter Can Have Its Advantages

Two huge boxes.

Hidden in plain sight.

Two boxes that, if you look closely, actually say on the outside what they are.

And Christmas is less than a month away.

But somehow, my kids haven’t even noticed that these are sitting in the corner of the master bedroom.

Yes, sometimes clutter has its advantages.

Yep, know what you mean, I have Parker's Santa present sitting in the spare bedroom aka the junk room. He is still young though so I can make up something to tell him if he notices!

I can't seem to get away from my 4 year old when going shopping so she actually knows everything she is getting. I let her just pick it out, but she knows she will not get it until Christmas.

I have a box with a table cloth over it in my den. The kids actually asked when did I get a new table. Guess I will have just keep the empty box after Christmas to keep the table around.

The year we were moving in Jan. — big, HUGE box in the middle of the most-used hallway — guess where ALL the Christmas presents were.
