Not much to plan this week since hubby and I are going out of town on Thursday. My parents will be here, but I won’t plan for them. I’ve just made sure there are plenty of the basics available to them so my mom can make whatever she wants.
Monday – For hubby’s birthday, we’re going to (drumroll) . . . my son’s kindergarten Thanksgiving program and feast!!!!!
Tuesday – Beef in gravy in the crockpot. Yes, it is true that this is the fourth week (at least) in a row that I have meant to make this. We’ll see.
Wednesday – Beef stew in the crockpot.
Thursday – Adios!!!
Using the crockpot twice should help keep us on track for eating at home even though it’s going to be crazy.
