So funny about the haircuts. I cut my 3 boys hair forever, and when the middle guy reached 16 and got a job, he was going to “go get a real haircut.” He came home from that $20 haircut, and asked me to fix it because the people at the shop “don’t have any idea how to give a haircut.” Still laughing about that nearly 20 years later. But, I totally get you not wanting to do it. I would tell him when he asked for a haircut; “I’ll give you $20 if you will go somewhere to get it done.”
We did eBay to fund “life” too, along with buying storage units to resell stuff. Yes, we were Storage Wars people way before the show. LOL
I think we might be twins. 😉

Just declutttered at least two year’s worth of food magazines that I’ve had for YEARS (probably pre-Pinterest, but I didn’t check the date, LOL) because I didn’t want to “throw away the money” but hadn’t made time to choose recipes to save / make. I didn’t want to shuffle them around again and I didn’t want to take a couple hours to go through them to choose recipes to pin (as I didn’t want to keep any physical copies). In the end, the cost of two options: shuffle physical magazines to a “space” OR time to save recipes, was worth way more than the cost of the magazines, so they were recycled without ever having realized their full potential — and it felt AWESOME!
