I love it! I watched all of them I could find on YouTube, but there are several I didn’t see there. Too much fun and very motivating. I think I’ll be focusing on decluttering cabinets and linens for the next little while. That would solve much of my “where-do-I-put-this-stuff-I-can’t-get-rid-of’?” problem.
Just a quick update on the freezing of cooked ground beef… I might have mentioned that my son is autistic, but I’ve taught him to cook some simple meals. One of his favorites is boxed stroganoff, so I picked up a couple packages…and let him cook away. Tonight, several days later, he informed me that making it was a lot easier with the frozen/cooked burger. I said, “See, and you thought it was weird when I did that.” He said it’s still weird, but it’s a lot easier. So I now have his seal of approval. 🙂
Love it! It really is amazing how much easier those recipes are with the pre-cooked beef!
I couldn’t agree more! In fact, I’ve already done it twice…and am heading to the store to get more because I’m running out…and I can’t wait to try it in spaghetti tomorrow. 🙂
