Summer will be over in three short weeks!
I tend to want to savor each remaining moment, and somehow this translates into a desire to grab fast food. Fast food is fun, and being in the kitchen after we get home from the pool . . . not so fun.
You know I’m a fan of quick meals, and this week I’m excited to try some new ones from the brand, spankin’ new e-book, Feast in 15.
Monday – Lemon Pepper Chicken over Couscous*
Tuesday – Meatball Gyros*
Wednesday – Pizza Quesadillas*
Thursday – Homemade pizza
Friday – Eat out!
Saturday – Tacos (My 7yo’s meal for the summer.)

Have you tried pizza pancakes? I made them back a while ago (very long ago). The pancake batter has italian herbs in it. When you flip the pancake, you put sauce and a few toppings on it. They were quite tasty. I have also made pizzadillas. They are good as well.
