No cameras allowed in the house today. It’s a complete disaster. Not a single room has been spared from the clutter-destruction. If I thought I was cured of this Slob Problem, or anywhere close to cured, weeks like this prove I’m not.
I had grand plans to make this fourth Snow Day in a row a Family Cleaning Day.
Whatever.
Today we woke up to real snow. Not the icy roads that closed the schools earlier in the week, but about six inches of the fluffy white stuff.
Who has time for cleaning when you need to get five people warmly dressed (in the clothes we only need once a year) and loaded up to head over to a hill so we can give sledding a try for the first time ever?
So, even though we’re home again and in dry clothes and all, my former drive to “get this mess cleaned up” has deserted me.
I’m thinking about a nap instead.
And Elizabeth R, I need to hear from you soon. You won the Libman cleaning tools, but haven’t replied to my email! Check your spam folder.
All that fresh air destroyed your cleaning urge LOL! I am really enjoying your blog, and I wanted to let you know that I actually nominated you for a blog award! I had to pick 15 blogs that I would recommend people follow and yours was on my list. I would love it if you would pop over to my blog and see the award I have nominated you for. Thanks for such a great read! Lynn 1busychick.blogspot.com
THanks Lynn, I'm honored!
My cleaning day plans didn't pan out either! But I did get a nap 🙂 and I'm SO exicited to win those cleaning tools!
Thanks again!!!!
