Menu Plan – No Time for the Kitchen this Week!

This is the week when we finally get to PAINT THE OFFICE!!!! I’ve been waiting for this for YEARS, since we moved into this house over three years ago.

So, I really don’t want to worry much about cooking this week. But since we can’t afford to eat out every night, a simple menu plan is sure to save the day!

Monday – Spaghetti using already cooked ground beef

Tuesday – Round steak (cut into thin strips) cooked in the crockpot with cream of mushroom soup and Onion Soup Mix, served over rice cooked in the rice cooker. (I’m also going to cook extra rice to use to make Chicken Fried Rice on Wednesday.)

Wednesday – Chicken Fried Rice

Thursday – Frozen Pizza

Friday – Eat out!

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Grilled Cheese and soup

I just wanted to say that I found your blog last week, and read all your older posts. You are bookmarked now.
I, too, have always struggled with housekeeping.
I have 10 children, 9 still living at home, and I am a homeschooling mom as well.
I look forward to continuing to read about how you get your house under control, while I try to do the same!
    Best, D Marie
