Today I:
Made bed.
Cleaned kitchen.
Swept kitchen.
Checked bathrooms for clutter.
Did 5 minute walk-through.
Last night:
Did my new nightly routine. Made lunches. Wiped down sinks and counters in bathrooms. Checked to be sure laundry was done. Laid out clothes for morning.
I must say that actually having lunches AND clothes done the night before makes a huge difference. I almost didn’t know what to do with myself this morning.
Now off to do tonight’s routine.

One thing I am pretty consistent with is the nighttime routine of getting my older boy’s snack ready and getting both boys’ clothes out. It makes such a huge difference in the morning, and when I slip up it’s just chaos. Now, I just need to apply this concept to other areas of my home/life. 🙂
