Decluttering can be an emotional task. It can feel like the way to get through it is to squash the emotions, but squashing emotions isn’t an effective strategy. The No Mess Decluttering Process doesn’t use emotions to declutter, but it does allow you to experience them during the process. Feel them, but don’t use them.

I am wondering is there a part two of podcast 426? It just ended in the middle of you talking. Missing the end of your sentence, probably more, I don’t know.
THANK YOU anyway, for being there with your great work to help all of us kindred spirits, infinity brainers, emotional deepest ones, creative hearts. As I am one of them. In my 61st sommer I found you. After hard – and exhausting – working on decluttering on freeing my flat from far too much beloved creative material and what not. The real change came with your “no mess decluttering” method and the five steps. I am in heaven. And in awe also. You did it. For so many of us as well. Thanks a lot from the buttom of my heart! You are my personal decluttering queen. After 25 years of hard work you opened my eyes for the art to manage my love for every- and anything. Gratefull, Miriam from Germany
