One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve made as I’ve changed my home has been redefining what is a “waste of my time.” Many tasks that I once avoided because they felt like a waste of my time ended up being the very things I needed to do to keep my house under control.

Wanted you to know I applied your strategies to breaking down camp. All the other campers had returned to their homes and jobs and it was me, my sister in law and son to break down the campsite. (Mind you, we had agreed to this.). At first, I felt a little overwhelmed. Then, I thought, just look for trash. Then I did the dishes, and then put everything back in it’s home (bag or tote). So no re-inventing the wheel or entertaining overwhelmed thoughts. Thanks for all you do.

Hi Dana K,
Last week, I watched Mel Robbins video and you showed up! I was so excited, you 2 are my favorite mentors! The both of you are very simple and down to earth with decluttering and life situations! The best coaches!! Thank you so much!

PS Since I have SAD(Seasonal Affect Disorder), ADHD, disability for lower back and overall arthritis;
could you please bring some sunshine to Monterey, longer than a couple of days? The sun is my energy!!!
