Surprise! (No really, I didn’t know until it already happened!) Decluttering at the Speed of Life is only $1.99 for ebook versions right now! Kindle, Nook and everywhere else!
P.S. I’m using my own affiliate link to my own book!
P.P.S. I’m not for sure if this will work outside the U.S.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I really wanted to pre-order this book, get the bonuses, etc…but ESPECIALLY the book itself. I decided I really needed to wait for finances to loosen up a bit…and THIS solved that problem. So again, thank you. Saw your post late last night, ordered Kindle version right then, and began reading it this morning. From the beginning, I might add. ; ) And yes, I am sorely tempted to read through the whole book in one sitting, as I did with your others, (and you KNEW many of us would!)…BUT, I am forcing myself to take it slow, let things sink in…and really hoping I am ready to actually DO what I KNOW needs to be done this time!
Thank you. I look forward to reading this. I just started your first book for the second time. It helps to keep my motivation going and keep me focused. Though I have made progress I have done my dishes every day for the last 3 months my kitchen looks much better. I sweep the kitchen regularly now and have started a laundry day though the laundry is mostly under control I just need to get rid of and pack up to small clothes. I have 3 girls and wow have we accumulated a lot of clothes over the years. I do get paralyzed in the process of getting rid of them. I always wavier between wanting to sell some and just getting rid of them. Anyway. Thanks for you do. I feel like a found this blog and book much later than many but better late than never.
Thanks! Just grabbed it!
I have listened to the audio book and am super excited to get the Kindle version so I can refer to different sections when I need to. I have finally given myself permission to just get rid of a bunch of stuff – 5 bags to the trash in about 30 minutes of clearing my kitchen counters. I threw out all the water bottles I had been storing in a basket on the counter because I might find the right lid again someday, or I bought it and didn’t like it but felt like I couldn’t just throw it out because I paid money for it. I applied your theory of how much is it costing me to store it in precious kitchen space versus how much I paid for it. Not to mention the mental stress every time I saw the clutter. As I filled a bag with unneeded items and trash I handed it over to my granddaughter to take it right out to the trash bin so I wouldn’t be tempted to rethink my decisions. I still have to complete the kitchen decluttering, just keeping the dishes done and clearing out those 5 bags worth has made a huge difference! I love your books and I don’t feel so worthless anymore when it comes to cleaning up my clutter.
Hello, I got the kindle version in the UK for £1.99! Thank you – really looking forward to reading it. I have made a start but hoping this will give me the kick up the bum I need. Thanks again
Oh, good to know! Thank you!
Got it! So excited.
Got it through your link! Thank you! I’m looking forward to reading it! Really enjoyed your first book!
Thanks, Dana! Just picked it up since I missed buying the pre-release. Excited to read it cover-to-cover. Also sharing on my FB page.
Thank you! Your first book really has had a massive impact on daily life for us here – I live near Oxford in the U.K. and, for the first time, we have ways of coping with the house and laundry and also working that actually work! It has been a massive blessing – just reading it for the third time….
I’m so thrilled to be able to get your book. I was waiting for my library to get it and now I don’t have to. Thanks for sharing your story.
And here I thought I would actually be reading a post. And all I find is a promo for the new book. Disappointed.
Hi Dana!
I have struggled for 10 years with my home! It didn’t matter if I had kids or didn’t (I now have three), had pets or not, or any of the circumstances. I just didn’t get it. I purchased the audiobook version of Decluttering at the Speed of life a couple months ago on a whim. I was like, “Why not?” I wasn’t on a mission. I was literally just looking for an entertaining book to listen to. It may seem that a cleaning book would be an odd choice…. but I’m and odd person, so there. Haha! Around the middle of the book, I became inspired and started implementing the methods there. IT WORKED! After discovering that your methods were working, I searched for the other book you’d mentioned within “Decluttering at the Speed of Life”, and ended up immediately purchasing “How to Manage Your Home Without Losing Your Mind”. Turns out I had already started a few of the things in the book because decluttering just seemed to lead to it.
At any rate, I’d like to really compliment the books, your narration, and your humor. THANK YOU for helping me find a way. I don’t feel like a failure anymore. I don’t feel hopeless. I’m not embarrassed. It was literally life-changing. I’m forever thankful that you’ve helped me to gain control… FINALLY!
