We’ve been having technical difficulties lately while hosting the Sunday evening home group from our church. The study we started is a video series that’s online only. We thought we were set to go, but ended up having to watch it on my laptop two different times.
As I muttered rude comments about technology and grunted as I unplugged the speakers from our hardly-ever-used-anymore desktop computer, I realized it was time to dust my laptop.
I thought about all those eyes glued to the screen.
And seeing the thick dust covering it.
I knew it was there. I can’t really blame Slob Vision for this one. It has bugged me many times when the light hits it just right. But most of the time, with the screen lit from the back . . . it doesn’t bother me at all.
At least not enough to do more than a finger wipe across the top. Definitely not enough to get UP and grab something to dust it with.
I mean, I’m busy.
Y’know. Writing about cleaning and all.
