It’s Black Friday. I won’t inundate your google reader with deal posts because I’m not a deal blogger. And I’m also camping.
But I will just put a few ideas in your head.
This is a great time of year to be sure you’re signed up with some daily deal sites that send out emails every day with fantastic deals on both local and online bargains. They often have less-than-half-price deals on things like house-cleaning or carpet cleaning, or fun stuff like shopping or eating out. I know people who only eat out using deals they get on Groupon.
These are some of my faves:
Mamapedia
Living Social
Also, be sure to check out Black Friday Deals on Amazonto see what’s on sale that matches up with your Christmas shopping list.
And while we’re talking about Amazon, be sure you have installed the Swagbucks toolbar if you’ve already signed up. (And if you’re not signed up, go sign up now and then install it.) I know that many of you signed up after my post about earning Swagbucks (and therefore eventually Amazon giftcards) through watching videos, but if you have the toolbar, and therefore do your internet searches through Swagbucks, you’ll win lots that way as well. That’s actually how I earn almost all of mine!
And there are several e-books on sale this weekend! Click here to get your copy of Feast in 15! for only 1.99 by using the code THANKSGIVING. If your New Year’s Resolution is to cook more at home, this book of 15 minute recipes is a great resource.
