I did the 30 Day Shred DVD today.
I did it for a little less than two weeks at the beginning of last summer.
If you feel like life is passing you by, and you just want time to slow down . . . do this workout. I promise you that it will be the longest 20 minutes of your life.
I did the whole thing, unlike a few weeks ago when I “tried to get started again” and gave up about a quarter of the way through.
Do the math. That’s 5 whole minutes. On level one.
But today I did it, and I only cheated a little.
As for my daily checklist, I:
Made bed.
Cleaned kitchen. (Not a huge task thanks to hubby’s help over the weekend.)
Swept kitchen.
Did a 5 minute pick-up.
Just now, at 1:00, started my final load of clothes for Laundry Day.

Great job! I did the workout to today. I always laugh when Natalie CHEATS halfway through the workout!!! It's so funny to me, because a few minutes later, Jillian says, "These girls don't even cheat!" You'll have to catch it next time you do the workout.

For real, is it a good workout? I have got to get my rear in gear! Let me know how it goes.
Thanks for joining in on Mingle Monday!

Robyn, It's good . . . if by good, you mean horrible. It really is a true workout, and while only 20 minutes, can give you real results if you put a lot into it.
Mrs. Fischer, I'm watching Natalie tomorrow! I've been too obsessed with my own misery to notice nuances yet.

I found this “30-day shred” topic under the categories and was really excited, since I have SO many papers to shred and, since this is such a great cleaning/decluttering website, I figured I was about to get some really good tips on how to tackle them. Oops, lol, guess I learned something totally different 😉
