I have removed emotions from my decluttering process, not because I don’t have emotions, but because I do! I can’t use emotions to declutter, so I stick with my fact and instinct based ways of dealing with things.

One of the biggest things that brings up lots of emotions is being asked (or asking myself) WHY?

Why didn’t I take care of this before instead of letting it get so bad?
Why did I get this?
Why am I this way?

I’m talking about why I don’t use “why” and why it helps to not use “why in my decluttering process.
