I’m sorry. This bundle is no longer available.
I’ve told myself I’m not going to stress about posting this week since I’m kind of in a stop-everything-and-get-those-taxes-done-or-else position right now. (Blogging is fun, doing taxes is not.)
But when I remembered what this week’s Bundle of the Week topic was, I thought I’d share it. If you’re like me . . . you’ve thought about thinking about maybe attempting to kind-of-sort-of move toward a healthier overall style of eating.
Or perhaps you aren’t so non-committal about it.
Anyway, this is something I’ve though a lot about in the past year and we’ve taken some baby steps. So I have personally purchased this set (which is another baby step) and someday soon might even take the Big Girl Step of actually reading them.
If you’re interested, here are the titles included in this set of 5 e-books on sale THIS WEEK ONLY for 7.40. That’s a big time savings over buying them individually for $3-$6 dollars apiece.

My question is after I buy it how do I get it to my Kindle. I’ve read the instructions of how to send books too it over and over and I can never get it right! I have no problem purchasing from Amazon because it goes directly to it.

Here are the instructions I give on my own e-books:

Basically, it’s a matter of saving the file to a desktop and then emailing it to a special kindle email address.

Thanks a bunch (bundle? ) for posting this. I have been wanting to work my way back to cooking more healthy foods, and this is the kind of help and motivation I need.

Lynette, where are you getting stuck? What have you tried so far? Which kindle version do you have?

You posted this at the perfect time for me! I have been working on eating more real food. I would say I have made BIG steps towards changing my own diet, but only baby steps towards changing the family foods. The rest of them are a bit more resistant to change! Maybe this will help me work towards getting them all eating more healthy.

Thank you so much!! All of these are right up our alley, and discuss projects we are hoping to do this year. How fabulous!

Nony, I am so proud of you.
I stumbled on your blog about two months ago, and obsessively… I mean… studiously read every post in order from beginning til now. I laughed, I cried, it moved me. Your fight for your family to give them a healthy, neat home to live in is inspiring. Early on, I was thinking, ‘yes, well, I don’t have those sort of problems.’ Then I started realizing how much I don’t do… (wait for it!) because my husband does the housekeeping. Remember how you said how grateful you are that God gave you your perfect mate? God gave me one too (Isn’t He cool like that?!?). Without my husband, I suspect my house would frequently look like many of your before pictures… (Slobs unite!)
I’m realizing how much stuff we do have, and while it is fairly “organized”, it is still just too much stuff. Your blog has inspired several conversations between my husband and I, and we’ve started (slowly) to declutter. We have a major complication of fostering three children (my nieces), so it is slow-going. However, your website has inspired and confirmed several ideas I’ve had for the girls’ room, and even of the chaos of suddenly having three girls (We don’t have any of our own), they (almost) always have room to play in their room or in the living room.
I will admit, I usually skipped your meal plan posts– I found the “real food movement” a while ago, and that has been my focus for healing and mothering my family. So, while I wasn’t using your recipes, it did help me to get organized to continue making meal plans– I’m still hit or miss.
And now you’ve found it too! I’m proud of how hard you’ve worked making your house a home (through great personal angst). I’m proud of how hard you’ve worked on making your blog professional and useful (webisodes, product reviews, etc). And I’m proud of you for being willing to step out into the amazing, nourishing, and sometimes overwhelming area of real food. You’ve already won half the battle with your bulk buying and freezer cooking. It is worth it, I promise, based on the amount of healing I’ve seen in my family.
Baby steps– one new thing a week, and…
Wait, I learned that from you! Never mind, you know what to do 😉
~Janet

Thanks for posting this. I ordered the bundle tonight. We’ve been making that slow crawl toward healthier food for a long time, but I know there are things we still need to address. But, I didn’t want a bunch of monkey fuss doing it, you know? Anyway, hopefully I’ll also get these books read and make some more progress. I’ve wondered if sourdough would be better for my system anyway because the regular baking yeast has been bothering me of late. Unleavened breads are fine, but anything with yeast causes issues. Maybe this would help. It kinda felt like a little kick in that direction – to at least try. Thanks again for sharing this bundle with us. 🙂
