As moms, we all experience moments when we wonder whether any other family in the existence of families has dealt with certain things.
Things like . . . . an obviously inborn resistance to putting shoes in the same place every time they’re taken off.
Or an inexplicable desire to snuggle down into a nice big pile of . . . dirty laundry.
I love my family of five, but I know that many of you have much larger families. I was sent a copy of the new e-book, 4 Moms of 35+ Kids Answer Your Parenting Questions.
And yes, that title involves math. As in, divide 35 by 4 and add a few extra for good measure.
Even this former Theatre Arts teacher can figure out that means these women have an average of nine kids each.
Honestly, this is a really fun read, and has some great advice and perspective useful for all moms.
And I must say, the first question they answer is “How do you get to church on time?” and one of them who sounded ever-so-much like I would sound if I had as many kids as she does (and sometimes sound now), made me laugh hysterically multiple times. My favorite advice from that section? Move to a climate where sandals are always seasonable. (Y’know, so you never have to find matching socks again?)
Yep. I couldn’t agree more.
Anyway, this e-book is compiled from a series the authors do on their blogs, but it also includes things never before released, such as:
- Master list of age appropriate chores
- How to Deal With Discouragement
- How to Keep Things Fair for all Children
- PRINTABLES!
My favorite thing about the e-book? Four unique Mama Voices sharing their words of experience. I love how different they are, but how their love for their families shines through so clearly.
You can purchase in PDF form or for Kindle on Amazon.
If you plan to purchase as a PDF, you can use the code SLOBCOMESCLEAN to get it for 5.99. That’s also the normal price on Amazon.
I was given a free copy of the e-book, but the opinions are all mine! Oh, and yes . . . those are most definitely my affiliate links!
Yes this eBook rocks. I kept reading out paragraphs to my Mum and had to stop because I was laughing too much… and ended up reading a whole chapter to her out loud. Love it.
